High Performance Industrial Coatings
At Master Powder Coating Inc., we provide a variety of wet paint options for customers in the architectural, industrial, marine, defense and commercial industries. A variety of epoxy, enamel, and zinc based paints are available to meet corrosion resistance. We routinely paint large tank interiors and exteriors, steel structures, and architectural beams that are subject to harsh chemicals and marine environments. Our paint booth is set up to handle a range of sizes and production volumes including skid systems.
Cleaning and Blasting Services is performed as needed to ensure proper paint adhesion. Properly preparing the metal substrate is essential to achieving a lasting paint finish. Specific areas can also be masked off to precision details according to customer specifications. Our NACE certified inspectors perform various inspection points to assure the highest quality of workmanship. These inspections can range from Ambient Temperature Readings per Standard ASTM 4417, Surface Profile of Blasted Clean Steel, Cloride Testing, WFT Measurements, DFT Measurements, Adhesion Tape Test per Standard ASTM D3359 Method B, DIN Standard and ISO 2409, Pull Off Test per ASTM D4541 and ISO 4164, and Holiday Testing.
